@Riot: Have you looked at the statistical increase in mobility at all?

My statistics for the the oldest and the newest 44 champions, observing mobility creep based on mobility abilities of self (and/or ally) MS buffs, Dashes and Blinks, Targeted Dashes and Blinks, and long CD mobility Ultimates (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1AkSyK_CP8NBpI95u_6XaMiHceKG0dZ-TjRXKubxtGBM/edit?usp=sharing ).

Of the original 44 Champions:

  • 34.09% have MS buffs (I included Warwick, Nidalee and Malphite in this, despite each requiring specific targets/situations in which to use theirs);
  • 29.55% have dashes/blinks (I made a note of which are target abilities in the chart);
  • 22.73% have ults which grant them movement;
  • 2.78% (only 4 champions) have multiple mobility abilities;
  • A total of 34, 77.27%, have mobility abilities of some sort.

Of the 44 newest champions:

  • 27.27% have MS buffs (Including Fiora, Viktor and Jinx, again despite the target/situational requirement);
  • 61.36% have dashes/blinks (including Diana, as her ult is on such a short CD);
  • 29.55% have movement ability ultimates (not including Diana in this number, see above);
  • 45.45% (20!) of these champions have multiple mobility abilities (Including Diana and Ahri's spammable multiple ult casts);
  • A total of 38, 86.36%, of the 44 newest champions have mobility abilities of some sort.

NOTABLE TRENDS:

  • Total champions with mobility abilities is up by 11.776%
  • Champions with MS buff abilities down by 20.00%
  • Champions with Dash/Blink abilities up by 107.69%
  • Multiple mobility abilities on champions up by 400.00% ^ (This last stat is particularly damning. It used to be incredibly rare, now nearly 1 in 2 champions have multiple abilities to move around).

Riot have you taken any of this into account? These increases are MONUMENTAL, statistically speaking, and it limits the only viable roles for immobile champs to Tanks (wants to be focused) and supports (who are rarely going to be focused) as the ability for the newer designed champions to escape dodge and out play the inevitably archaic delayed, combo, or projectile CC of the champions who came before, not mention the newer champions STILL having a boat load of CC built into their kits. E.g. Braum is Taric but better (you really should have just reworked Braum's kit to Taric, instead of leaving him utterly broken and useless).

With the mobility creep undeniably massive in its domination of the game, some check and measure to allow the 'Old-School' immobile champions to counter play it is necessary. This idea isn't mine, but I think it is brilliant (if I could remember whose it was, I would credit them here): that slows reduce the distance of dashes, like an inverse relationship of how Yasuo's dashes increase in distance with his bonus movement speed. If he gets to do that, it's only fair that other champions get to do the inverse, and give them viable counter play options. Same goes for Riven and other champions, who when playing an immobile champ, come at you and with their dashes allowing them to dodge and cover distance IMMUNE TO SLOWS, you have no counter play. It's not fun, it's not a balanced state of the game, and really hurts the diversity the game has to offer.

TL;DR MOBILITY CREEP IS CONFIRMED. WITH EVERY NEW CHAMPION RIOT HAS ADDED TO IT. HOW ARE YOU GOING TO FIX FOR EVERYONE?
