he has no damage, no sustain, no range as a ranged poke, what was riot thinking?

Bard... I should continue playing bard until enough people complain in ranked to fix him, because he does have a fun play style even though he is absolutely a useless piece of shiit. Literally get enough people to hate him to the point where riot has no point but to massively buff him to the point where he's partially viable... he has to ditch his adc to get stacks, and literally do nothing while he farms charms to have the slightest presence at all... he can't even gank properly... he won't ever land a fucking stun ever, when he ganks because look at the map and the wall locations... and even if you try to stun through a minion, you'll fucking hit another minion... I have alot of game experience, and I can tell you, the concept is definately fun, but he is massivelt under powered.
