My tencents about drake changes

While i welcome those changes, i think they have a higher potential than most people think. Right now, there are some factors that makes me think some dragons will always get priority over the others, no matter what circumstances :

For example, i think the Cloud drake should give is % movement speed ( no conditioning - in and out of combat).That Flat MR while out of combat feels pretty underwhelming, until you reach the 3rd dragon maybe it's worth, but still, very low chances for the 3rd same drake to spawn.

The Mountain drake is a balanced drake all around. Early, the buff your jungler will receive is pretty good, while later, the % true dmg to turrets also very good, but, meanwhile, The Ocean Drake is #1 priority on everyone's list. Who doesn't love health & mana regen ?

Also, in ~10 games i've played today, in 5 out of 10 games, i had the same drake spawn 2 times in a row.

TLDR :

1). Cloud drake (Air) should receive a buff 2). Ocean drake should receive a nerf, maybe in the health regen department. 3). Very, very , very low chances to see the 3rd buff of the same element. Practically inexistent.

The "Randomness" plays a very dyamic role of how the game is going to be right now. When people realize Ocean Drake is up early, they will try to take it ASAP > more risks taken, which will result in an earlier next drake spawn. and a more dynamic game.

If people realize the Could drake (air) is up, they will give it a low priority , and chances are the next drake will be taken when one team can take it very safely.
