Why are so many people QQing about preseason

Everything is gonna get sorted out anyways. In the meantime, enjoy actually getting to play shit without having an established meta. Like for what reasons can you actually justify complaining?

Maybe it's that the game is currently unbalanced, which happens every preseason and is natural after such big changes? Or that you have a confirmation bias and think Riot can do no good? OR, you won't ever be satisfied with anything Riot does until they cater to your specific champion pool/playstyle.

Seriously, when the game is in this state and some champs are just completely broken, I think it's funny if anything. Besides, more of my friends are playing now than have ever been online in the past year. Actually feels like people are enjoying this game again.

I agree with you. People are so quick to trash a HUGE update like this. They completely reworked the entire champ system and champ builds. It offers more freedom to experiment what primary and secondary paths works for you champ. I think everyone just rushes through it, and hops in game and gets rolled because they didn't read the patch notes, or didn't take the time to really go through the Runes for their champs and then come on here and whine about it.

It's preseason, Riot is collecting data and will fine tune it as it progresses. I hope it brings more people to the game. The old Runes/Masteries made it kind of difficult. I would tell DoTA friends about it, and they would ask why they use Runes/Masteries and they always asked "isn't that what the items are for"? and I never had a real good answer because that made sense. Why add more AD/AP damage on a small scale when the items add a greater number overall.

Its preseason, its gonna upset a % of the player base. There's such a god dam huge amount of people playing lol that even a small fraction of them getting vocal and upset makes for pretty nonstop QQing. You see it on a smaller scale on champion releases and reworks, or when a potentally frustrating champion gets buffs.

It's because some champions benefitted massively from the new rune system and some were left in the gutter.
