Chest and Key Bundle System

Are the Chest and Key bundles worth buying? I have purchased an 11 chest and key bundle, however the results were very disappointing. I did not get any skins that I was too excited for and more than half of the things I've gotten were just champion shards. I didn't even get a gemstone or nothing amazing at all. I don't think I'm going to be buying these at all (maybe if I have extra RP for the 1 chest and/or key) but otherwise, these bundles aren't really worth buying since you get very little reward. I would like Riot to know my response from this and hopefully be able to add something to these bundles to make them a little more worth spending money on.
