@Riot (Literally anybody) DQ Numbers?

I'll keep it short and sweet.

Upon introducing Dynamic Queue, it was said that it was to address the issue of alienating players who do not play ranked because they didn't want to leave their friends behind. It was also said that it was to circumvent the tremendous commitment to ranked 5's. With the last post about Dynamic queue being months ago, have the numbers changed at all? Are there more people playing ranked games? Are there more ranked games being played as a whole? Are the numbers the same concerning premade matchups (i.e. solo players being matched against premades) still higher than you would like?
