Yasuo, Galio, and Janna Tornadoes Should Lessen Smoke Screen

Aside from the obvious thematic stuff, it would allow a few champs to be able to clear this really strong zoning tool away from a teamfight, or at least diminish its power. Maybe a little more vision could be provided if a tornado passes through it. Just a thought.
