Is it possible to play on NA with korean voices?

Just curious if there is any way i can play on NA(which is what i play on) and have the game text in english but like with the Korean voices. Saw some youtube videos of korean players and the character voices are pretty intense. Anyway to set that up?

From what I know you could use something like Wooxy to patch in an old announcer back, but Riot has been encrypting files to make them unable to be modified, so IDK if this is still possible.
