LP Loss in High Performance Games

I've gone on a bit of a losing streak in ranked recently; however, in all of these matches i've played extremely well (A-S rank games). My teammates keep holding me back by wildly diving and killing themselves. While I realize getting bad teammates is a part of solo queuing, it still really sucks when I'm constantly losing LP for games that, according to my ranking and KDA, wasn't my fault. I think the most fair way to deal with this is if Riot made it impossible to lose, or made you lose less LP if you played extremely well and got and A- or above in ranking. It can be hard to climb when teammates legitimately are THE reason for your loss but this would allow the good players who got unlucky with sub-par teammates to continue to climb without ever falling in LP due to bad luck in teammates. This would be extremely beneficial especially at the start of a season since because Plat1 is the highest a person can be placed, the pros get placed in Plat 1 which in turn causes every division to shift down at the start of a season (plat becomes gold, gold becomes silver and so on) so gold players can get mixed in with players that are legitimately silvers, making the problem of getting teammates below your skill level much more prevalent. This is the best solution to this problem I could think of. Just a thought; what do you think? Let me know if you agree.

TL;DR: Riot should lessen or get rid of LP loss for players that got an A- or higher in ranking

Nah, that'll just make your games worse since they'll chase kills to pad a possible loss instead of keeping the lanes pushed out and warded to win.

It actually helps if you wait like 3 minutes (Or log out and in again at least) after such a game so as not to get queued up with the same people (It Will Do This) and give some time to chill.

I tracked this for all of my S5 games. Try this: If you lose a game queue up for the next one and get someone to screenshot op.gg for you every game after that until you log/take a break. Look at the shots at the end of the day and analyse them. Do not take the screenshots yourself; it adds bias for the game ahead.

The trend for me was that IF I pressed "play again" or queued up immediately I would be matched with people who had either lost their last game or at least had points to lose (sub 40), while the opposing team had people who had either won their last game and were near 80+ points or in promos and 'needed' the win.

Analyzing the data helped me rationalize and learn from my losses, while giving me a mental break.
