Veigar counter?
2.5 sec stun is too strong, late game that's more than enough time to burst you down.
QSS has 90 sec cd, his stun dosent
Plus what if you're playing AP champ?

help get the stun down to a reasonable level. If I recall correctly he needs to max his stun in order to hold champions long enough for his W to hit them if they have Tenacity. He maxes his stun second.
If you're playing an AP champion, you need to punish his early/mid game. Veigar is like Nasus in that he wants his "stacks" (in Veigar's case, bonus AP). While he only gets 1 AP per normal minion, he can get up to 7 AP if he is the one actually killing a champion. Needless to say, if you're low health and going to die anyway, for want anyone besides Veigar to deal the final blow.
Additionally, always keep your Zhonya's on hand. If you see his ult flying at you, hit it.
might be the best AP counter, especially if you get Zhonya's and QSS.
AD champ, Fizz, Galio or just dodge that easy to predict and avoid stun.
