The game might be at the most broken state ever at the moment
It's honestly embarrassing how this game has existed for over 8 years and yet, Riot still can't properly balance it. This meta has been the worst in a long time and nothing they did has helped with it. Tristana is the most annoying champion ever and will never be removed from my permaban list unless she is getting completely gutted. Same goes for Twitch and Kogmaw. I find it confusing how Riot has still not figured out a way to balance ADCs... they're either useless and just cannon fodder or they become unkillable death machines that can literally jump into you, 4 shot you and jump back out (looking at you Tristana), all while not even having to worry about anything because their slave (support) is right behind them and can shield them and CC the enemy. Wow, thats so much fun. I enjoy allll the counterplay and especially playing a support. 40 minutes of literally sitting behind your ADC and protecting them, so much fun.
And then there's the embarrassments called Galio, Singed and Chogath. Sorry if my Gold 3 mind is too dumb for this, but how exactly is a champ that is nearly unkillable and can almost oneshot you with a point and click low CD ability in any way healthy? Oh, but don't forget Galio, who can one shot you from a distance with a fuckin BASIC ABILITY THAT HAS 5 SECONDS CD????? And then theres Singed, the champ that you can kill a billion times early but he will still get strong and then just run at you with a billion MS and disregard any CC because it wont even hit him....
Sorry if this is sort of a rant, but I honestly can't take it anymore. I've witnessed Season 3 Black Cleaver Mania, I have witnessed Feral Flare Yi and 4.20 Warwick, but never have I been so frustrated and helpless in my games. I think of myself as pretty tilt-proof, but recently I've been tilting in every game because no matter what I do, it feels like skill doesn't even really matter anymore as long as you pick the right champs. Then again, I'm not an analyst, maybe I just suck. I just hope I dont stand alone with my opinion. I really cant wait for preseason, when this whole bullshit meta will hopefully be over and Riot will come to their senses again.
