Kha'Zix evolve order
Normally when I play as 
I level R>Q>W>E and Evolve my E and then Q and R but is it better to evolve W then R?

Max your W then your Q then your E.
Evolve your Q then your E then your W.
When you evolve Q first it scales off of champion level, making it just as strong as your W ( as if you're maxing two abilities at the same time) and gives you one shot potential around lvl 6-8. Then your E so you can get resets and then W for the slow / aoe poke.
i like kha mid alot but usally the enemy mid isnt never isolated so i just max r>w>q>e and evolve it first then evolve e then q and same for jg
