Suggestion for Singed's Poison Trail

Disclaimer: I do not main or play much Singed, but he is one of my favorite champions. He is a Beta stage champion, so his kit is very simple, but Singed is very unique. Singed's core design is what sets him apart. He doesn't rely on dashes or a three hit mechanic to stand out.

I was watching Singed420's videos, and I never knew that the game could be played such a way. There is no other champion who can run into the enemy base at level 6, and get farm from 2 lanes at once. Then having the whole enemy team chasing him until he's executed, or killed for very little gold. I am amazed by this strategy, and I see LoL as a differently now because of this.

-My proposal: Poison Trail's damage/effects are halved, but stack up to three times for each second enemies are in the cloud. At three stacks, subsequent ticks refresh the duration of the poison. Stacks fall off 1 second at a time, once out of the poison. I mean item effects, like Rylai's or Guise. For example, at 1 second in the poison cloud, half damage is dealt, 20% slow is applied. 2 seconds, full damage, 40% slow. 3 seconds 1.5x damage, 60% slow. This means it would take 3 seconds in this poison to break even with the current poison.

Not only will this reward Singed for having enemies chase after him for a long time (along with punishing idiots who chase him), but it will also solve the problem of his passive. Lots of Singed mains don't build any mana items apart from Dark Seal, because with good management, mana is useless. With a poison which encourages keeping enemies in it for a long time, Singed players will start keeping Poison toggled on. Therefore, more mana is consumed, and building a mana item could be viable again.

tl;dr make singed's poison stack with duration
