How can i bind My left mouseclick to move my Champion without any issuses ?

How can i bind my left mouseclick to move my Champion without any issuses . With right mouseclick (MB2) i have no problems with my Championsinterface. But if i change the settings to my left mouseclick (MB1) to move my champion i have problems. For example: i click the button for the shop and my Champion walks to this button. My Champion runs out of the shop sometimes or it stops my backcall .My minimap is crazy too. If i click on my minimap i walk directly the way i have looked for. It happends normally after a 2 click on the map but not with left mouseclick to move. Somtimes my screen glitches away from a fight. All that happends if i change the Ingamesettings from MB2 to MB1. I cannot do that ingame but with the input.ini . Is there a solution for my problem i cannot fix it. I looking since 6 hours for a solution.
