Fiddlesticks rework idea
Tl;DR An actually scary passive, less range and poke, less reliable but more powerful CC.
Passive: Dread If an enemy champion enters an unwarded bush with Fiddlesticks in it, then Fiddle's skills deal true damage to that champion (and that champion only).
Let's face it, Fiddle is not scary at all. When you face a Fiddle you are not scared, you think "oh sweet, i can farm both sides of the jungle!". When you find Fiddle in the jungle you don't think "oh crap", you think "sweet, a free kill!" That's not ok. He's supposed to be terrifying, but instead he's actually less scary than pretty much any other mage (let's not mention assassins, it's sad enough that he's less scary than the human kid Annie).
Q: Terrify Fears and slows all enemies in a small cone in front of Fiddle.
It is harder to aim than it is now (you have to face the right direction or you will miss) and can be dodged if you react fast enough, but can potentially CC more than one enemy.
W: Drain Unchanged, it's too defining for Fiddle's identity to be changed. (Or maybe the healing could be made to scale with AP instead of damage dealt, similarly to Swain's ult?)
E: Creepers Eerie tendrils writhe up from the ground, slowing every enemy in an area around Fiddle and dealing damage to anyone that moves.
R: Crowstorm Unchanged, it's too defining for Fiddle's identity to be changed.
