Riot, what are you going to do with Sejuani?

Because every single time you want to buff her you take it right back. You buff her attack range, you took it right back. You buff her E , you took it right back. I know it's PBE and everything you do can change over night, but I would just like to see one buff to her last more then a week. What I think would be good for her is, to lower the mana cost on her Q to 80 at all ranks And lower her Mana per level down to 30. I would love to hear from a rioter on this.
