Unintentional Ekko Jungle destruction

So in total I think the new Ekko nerfs are fine. But there is one really big problem for me with the Ekko nerfs on the PBE at the moment. The passive now only activates every 6 instead of 3 seconds on the same target. This will make the early jungle clear with Ekko impossible. I would suggest that the nerfs only affect Champions so Ekko jungle is still an option. Because if these nerfs come through Ekko will only be good in the Midlane and I think one role is not enough for a Champion like Ekko.

Please Rioters take a look at my suggestion and try to make it so Ekko Jungle will still be possible.

I'm okay with never seeing ekko jungler again. Or ekko top, mid, support, or ADC.

In fact I would be happy to never see another ekko in my life.

His passive isn't REQUIRED to clear the jungle. Yes he may have some issues with full clears for the first few mins, but then all you have to do is back instead of killing yourself on another camp.

Then maybe build him AP like he's meant to be, even bruiser AP, and you can clear just fine with your abilities instead of relying on that broken ass passive and the sunfire passive burn to clear all the camps.

Basically I'm saying he will still be able to jungle, but you can't just faceroll through it like you can right now.

Well I know they buffed ekko after his nerf to help with his jungle clear but people ended up abusing it. Since the buffs gave him good base damage people just built him tank knowing he could still kill people easily. Hopefully riot does make changes so that his jungle clear is still okay but also nerf tank ekko. :)

That's gonna kill his jungle viability completely.

I also can't understand how can make this change without compensating somewhere else. They just doubled the cd on one of his abilities. Think about that. Doubled.

Yes, Tankko has to be killed, I hate that thing, I loved buiser Ekko but the full tank builds are disgusting. (Not to mention that his passive doesn't scale with CDR[maybe it should?], so that's gonna destroy his late game DPS by ALOT)

There's no reason at all for one lane to not be enough for Ekko.

But there also isn't a good reason to kill jungle Ekko.

Anyway that a passive is way too much right now if you compare to any similar effect.

Not every character needs to be viable in any role. Have you tried jungling with Vel Koz? and with Annie?

I'm not fond of losing flexibility, because probably someone more familiar can suggest some fix (like it only applying to champions or somesuch) but it's not the end of the world. And there are plenty of champs with far worse clear... and they still make-do.
