@Meddler Any love for fiddle and other lower tier champions?

A lot of the older champions are being outclassed now of days and one of them is fiddlesticks. With increasing amount of cc on each team and increasing amount of mobility in the game, fiddle is seeming less impact. Not to mention wards are to free now that fiddle is spotted so easily. Any future updates on his kit to make him fit in better? Maybe a passive buff or mana fix on his skills? He has some of the highest mana draws for a jungler.
