Fiddlesticks

Shouldnt there be some kind of buff to fiddle with the new jungle changes? I mean his clear time is pretty much ruined now with the removal of the blue and red sentinals. There's too many raptors and too many krugs, the jungle clear slowing making him less viable than before.
