As the title says I could use a few tips from any junglers out there. I recently got to 30 and I bought kindred to start learning but Im really lacking the knowledge like when to gank, things to watch for or anything like that. if you could maybe recommend any champions that are good to learn Jungling as well I appreciate it.

It's easy to learn with Amumu Warwick Clear moments of power and simple ganks.

When using Kindred , kite around the monsters and focus on getting your passive heal to proc.

Anything more specific can be easily found within resources like champion guides.

warwick is probably the best champ to learn jungle because he has ridiculous sustain, and you can literally just get devourer, farm for 20 mins, press R and win the game. xin zhao, master yi and vi are also pretty easy to jungle with.

xin and yi have heal abilities and vi has a shield passive. i would probably recommend yi for anybody learning jungle tbh he's probably the easiest champ in the game.

I would recommend you speak with Commando Yi, the resident board expert on all things jungle. You can try adding him in game or catching his attention on the boards if you see him posting. He has done jungling guides and tips and tricks for years now and has produced some excellent quality content. He would be the first player I would recommend any one who wants to start maining jungle speak with as his insight is general and tends not to be champ specific. He has many videos posted as well and I'm sure some could be searched up on youtube.

As for when to gank, there's generally 2 things to look for.

First, are they low on health. If they're sure to die as long as you get to them, it's a good time to gank, Just make sure you aren't low enough to die in the process

Second, are they overextended. If they're past the half way line in their lane, it's a good time to gank regardless of how much health they have (how much health you have still matters though; don't put your own life in danger if you're low)

Every time you clear a jungle camp, look at the lanes nearest to you to see if they match this criteria. If so, start heading that way and ping that you're heading that way. If your team is smart, once they see the jungler ping, they'll try to bait the enemy out into a bad situation before you get there.

Just a few things to keep in mind: To see if your on "track" with your first 2 clears. For the first 2 clears, you should be able to smite ONE of them ONCE. for 3rd clear, you should be able to smite it. Depending on your jungler, you might not gank until 6. (Ex; yi and warwick.) because of their ults. Ults can change how you gank. With warwick, he has no gap closer, no CC, and no sticking potential. His ult is CRUCIAL for ganks, and usually gets a kill.

Forgot to say, go in co-op AI and practice OFF META junglers. If you can use them, you can use anything.

The first thing you should focus on as a new jungler is not falling behind. I frequently see inexperienced junglers who fall 2 to 3 levels behind their teammates and they don't understand why their ganks are ineffective. You should look to be the same level as the ADC/Support when you are jungling. If you start falling behind in levels you need to focus more on farming and less on ganking or your ganks will not be as useful to your team.

The next major thing is map awareness. Do not focus on the jungle camps unless you are at risk of them killing you. Your eyes should be constantly darting to the minimap to keep an eye out for any sign of the enemy jungler. You can also watch motions of the opposing laners on the minimap and see when they move towards a brush to ward it. Make a mental note when you see that on the minimap and don't gank from that direction for at least a minute.

The easiest way to gank is through river. You should use this ganking method any time the enemy laner is pushed up to your tower. This method of ganking is usually ineffective if the enemy laner is pushed under THEIR tower.

If your team has the lane pushed you can still gank using a lane gank. This involves moving from your outer turret to the nearby brush against the wall when the enemy minions aren't within vision range of you. As the wave pushes to the enemy tower you can move through the brushes and wait until the wave bounces off the tower and begins to push back towards your team. These ganks are especially effective if you teammate puts a pink ward in the lane brush or sweeps the brush before you arrive.

A third form of ganking is counter ganking. This is probably the hardest form of ganking because it requires you to have vision of the enemy jungler or anticipate where they will be. The best way to do this is place deep wards in the enemy jungle when you know he has recalled or when he is trying to gank a lane on the other side of the map. With counterganking you stay in the general vicinity of the lane you think is going to get ganked (you can clear jungle camps in the area) and then immediately move to assist your ally when the enemy jungler tries to gank. This form of ganking is extremely effective if you have a gold lead over the enemy jungler or if your ally has a gold lead over his opponent.

Kindred is not an easy jungler to learn but if you enjoy playing them then have fun with it. Warwick and Nunu are the easiest junglers to play but I don't find them particularly interesting. My favorite junglers are Diana, Shyvana, Vi, Malphite, Amumu, Kayle, Sejuani, Zac, Rek'Sai and Pantheon.

I recently played a Kindred Jungle game that I posted to my youtube chanel. You can check it out here to see how I gank with them (and I ganked A LOT that game.) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H7d2jAc0jIw

Alternatively you can just check out my channel if you're interested in other champs. Feel free to leave comments in the videos if you have any questions. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC2EZm50wNGmfJal7IHM_b8Q

Okay so:

When fighting camps without Smite, especially if you are using a primarily single target damage dealer like Warwick, attack the small monsters first. You don't sacrifice time at all because you only do damage to one thing at a time anyway, but because of the math involved regarding the small camps' inflated attack values, you save a lot of health by attacking the small monsters first.

While the majority of Junglers can get through their first clear just starting at Kruggs or Gromp, a large majority of the champion pool actually clears better and faster if you start at Red Buff and smite to get the extra health. While this sacrifices your early game ganking pressure, it gives the champions who are weak early game in the Jungle anyway a better chance at quickly and efficiently setting up their clears without crashing early and having to recall excessively.

When to gank correlates largely to what you want to do with it. If you're ganking exclusively to get kills, gank when the enemy is maybe below 60% HP and if they burned their major escapes/Ultimate ability. It should be noted that if you're really insistent and you know the enemy laner is very stubborn, you can chain gank. Gank one time to scare the hell out of them and force out their important abilities (like Flash). Then, look like you're leaving, but just hide in a bush until you see the enemy laner come back into lane. Gank again, that can lead to an easy kill if done right.

Ganking for towers relies on at least one of the people in the gank being capable of shredding towers quickly. After their first major item for example, most AD and AS champs become immediate threats to a tower. If the champ that can deal damage to towers is melee, you generally want to kill the enemy laner first. On the other hand if they're ranged, the important thing is that you scare off the enemy laner and you and/or your partner(s) have enough wave clear to sit under the enemy tower for an extended amount of time.
