Boots of Mobility Passive Interaction with Ward Kills

Hello, Everyone!

I have been playing support in League for many years now and I have recently hit Diamond 5 playing Blitzcrank only. I believe I have developed a very poor taste in my mouth for supporting with Mobies. The Unique passive grants +90 movement speed to the +25 of the standard boots. However, when a champion enters combat, the Unique passive is disabled.

Normally, this is a very generally accepted item. It is specialized for engaging and initiating without much in-combat relevance (Think Alistar running towards a juicy w q combo). This item is vital on roaming champions, such as Bard, and leaves room for junglers and laners to pick the item up based on mobility needs during a game.

However, this item, being built mainly on champions who will be buying pink wards and red trinkets, has a major flaw in my opinion. When killing wards, the passive is disabled. I have seen time and time again where a support is forced into an overly dangerous position by clearing a ward, guaranteeing his or her movement decrease for 8+ seconds.

I propose that we introduce an exception to the Unique Passive. Just like next-auto-attack charges (Sona powerchord) not effecting wards, I feel that this item should not be disabled for hitting a vision object. We could have a fall-back movement speed of +45-60 (Standard boots +2 - +3), or completely retain the movement speed of the Unique Passive. I feel this would help balance the item on supports and junglers who are punished for helping in the vision conflict.
