Why the game is so bad now (IMO)
Let's see, riot seems like they have done too many things to make the game unfun.

The game is way too snowbally. Let's face it, the better team often doesn't even win. It's just the team to make the first few mistakes. You don't get enough of a chance to prove yourself in your games anymore.

The respawn timers get too long too quickly. Does anyone like being dead for much longer? Not only that, but it also means that this one little mistake by any player on your team can lose your team a bunch of buildings and then you don't even have control of your jungle any more and the other team gets to farm all the jungle and the dragons and barons and it becomes far too difficult for your team to win.

You have to be far too safe in too many situations. Too many champions have too much mobility and the capacity to instakill you so that players are often forced to play too passive to much of the time, and don't even get many real opportunities to try to make many interesting plays.

Now when your bad teammates feed some enemy assassin, you can't even build enough defensive items for them to not just instakill you. You just have to stay so far away from them it's too hard to do anything anymore. Especially someone like Yasuo can essentially zone you off almost the entire map and you can't do anything anymore. Seriously, the game has gotten too hard for a lot of champions to even safely put up wards anymore since they might just instakill you where you didn't know until it was too late. Seriously, fights are a lot more interesting when they are a sequence of complicated moves rather than just one ability lands to start and then the entire fight is already decided.

The amount of time doing anything interesting, on a bigger scale. There are more dodges than before and it takes even longer to get through champion select. This is a problem when games are decided so quickly. It feels like 15 minutes before a game starts, 15 minutes during a game where it's not yet decided, and then like 15 more minutes after that where you're playing an already decided game and there's kinda no point. So overall, it feels like maybe 1/3 of your time spent is actually doing anything fun or interesting. The rest just all feels like a waste now.
I know this won't happen, but here's how I'd like to see the game changed if I could:
- Everything except towers deal about half damage.
- Kills only give about half as much gold and experience.
- Respawn timers are only about half as long.
- No more minion pushing.
- Double the cooldown of all mobility abilities as they are immensely OP.
