Weren't the change to a while back Janna supposed to be a nerf?

a while back janna was changed becuase she was "too strong"

but now she just seems so much fucking stronger than she was before.

her movement speed is absurd making it damn near impossible to land anything on her that isn't an auto. and she her autos do a shit ton of damage with her just building and . and her tornado is much harder to dodge because it moves MUCH faster

like i am honestly having a MUCH harder time fighting her than i ever did BEFORE the changes to her.

i was under the assumption that the changes were their to make her EASIER to deal with... not HARDER.
