Nocturnes recent buffs

When Runes Reforged launched, Nocturne was granted the ability to be a laner through the use of Manaflow band as a secondary rune. He wasn't top tier, but he was certainly viable, and not too far off from being a legitmate solid choice in most matchups.

Well, he recently got a few QoL buffs. Faster missle speed on his Q, and the ignore unit collision aspect of his duskblade trail, ACTUALLY WORKS NOW AFTER LIKE 8YEARS. And more importantly, in regards to his laning power, his Umbra Blades passive was buffed in terms of sustain, and uptime. Roughly double the uptime on champions, and the heal is up from 10 to 15 per target, at level 1.

I legitimately believe these QoL buffs streamlined him into being force to be reckoned with in the mid lane, and even in the top lane.

Here's why. Start Dorans Ring. Mana per kill+Manaflowband = virtually full mana all the time. Also = virtually full HP all the time. The AP ratio hits your Umbrablades making it about 20hp per target at lvl1, so bear minimum your looking at a 120HP heal per wave, MINIMUM.+Overheal. Nocturne can afford to start a Dorans ring since his kit naturally gives him a huge abundance of welfare stats. AD on his Q, AS on his W, and huge damage gains off of Celerity when he gets his "massive" speed boost from his fear.(I think its +24AD with E+Q).

You can pretty much Q+Umbrablades 1 shot every wave, and move on to roaming, enemy wraiths, or your junglers wraiths. If youre being bullied, u can tag the wraith camps for a 120HP heal and walk back into lane, without clearing the camp.

Rush a Tiamats for the extreme wave clear. After Tiamats the build order is kind of situational and dependent on what your comp calls for, but more often than not, the best route is likely going to be, Tiamats>Ninja Tabi>Deaths Dance>Phantom Dancer>Randuins or Black Cleaver>Randuins or Black Cleaver.

Lethal Tempo+Overheal, and Fleet footwork+Overheal being the best options.
