Can riot balance their game already?

Basically recently i had the pleasure of playing against 2 of the most disgusting shit comps ever on ranked 1-Funnel master yi 2-Talon abuser we have all seen funnel master yi taric on mid lane just feeding him extra gold their team comp was yuumi,taric,voli,cait and of course master yi my team was legit primed and made to counter this shit strat we had neeko,ez,darius,vi and rakan overall 7 stuns 7 FUCKING STUNS but that doesn't matter if master yi dodges most dmg or nullifies it by using his w or q or just taric ult not mention yuumi with heals and shields and taric constant healing and stuns NOTHING NOTHING WORKED AGAINST THIS SHIT COMP this was league at it's worst where your action don't matter for naught and the game is lost by force even tho we were primed to counter this strat it didn't happen my team wasn't bad they all know what to do and the threat that is master yi funnel but we still lost cause it is not balanced on to my next shit game of league talon abuser he would just go yellow boots and ghostblade and roam everwhere it didn't matter what the match up was or how many wards you had on river cause he just jumps in dives and kills whoever he wants and gets out and there is nothing you can do about it i always thought move speed was more annoying that infinite dashes at least with dashes you know where the champ is headed there was no champ that can try and counter gank him or mid laner to follow him he would shove lane and roam he didn't stay in mid for a solid 7 mins in conclusion BALANCE YOUR FUCKING GAME and here are some tips 1-Remove yellow boots completely it's stupid to have swiftness boots and yellow boots both of them give high ms but only one is broken and the other is completely useless and nobody builds it yellow boots gives you free cheap and strong engaging power main point being every time you died to thresh after he backs a 2nd time and just rushes you down with flash if you think rakan was broken for engaging power then remove this 2-Master yi has so much power backed into every ability stop nerfing the components of the strat and just nerf the main part of it master yi should reset q on auto attack he has rage blade passive on him on top of the actual item making him have q ever 1 sec or half a sec which is stupid for an ability that scales on 100% of his ad and makes him dodge skill shots while criting and hitting other targets his meditate shouldn't reduce tower hit dmg if that is a thing then yasuo's wall should block tower shots too and just completely reworks his e with that much true dmg on hit with conq nobody can do anything agianst him no tanks and no stuns will work and adjust the attack speed boost he gets from his R i am fine with having hyper carries in the game but not a guaranteed win strat if i play every game of league with master yi funnel i will win everygame and get to challenger in no time
