World Championship Tokens Question

How many a week can I earn roughly? Do I need to realistically purchase the mission pack to get more?

I'm aiming for the Gold Championship Ashe recolor + borders, so I need something like 440 tokens total before the end of worlds. Is this reasonably possible?
