I think Ryze ulti should only work on ONE ally

Even in the lore, he had one student - Brand In the comics, he used it to teleport only one person.

And it would be easier to balance around. It's not as impactful in pro play since it's two people, but at the same time, it still fulfils the fantasy of a roaming mage.
