Hey guys, I just have an idea of Leblanc rework. I'll post my version down below. Please tell me what do u think and give some advice on my ideas. Thank u![leblanc-funny] Leblanc Passive: the next spell which Leblanc casts creates a clone at the same time. The clone casts the fake version of that spell. CD:25-16s(decrease 0.5s per level). (close to her current "Mimic" but the spell is not empowered) Q: Leblanc projects an orb to her target, deals magic damage and mark them. The mark activates in 0.75 seconds. The next spell cast on the marked target creates additional effects. If the target is marked, deal the same magic damage again(like the old version of Q-R combo). W: Leblanc rapidly dashes to a target location and deal magic damage to the closest champion. She can recast the spell to return the starting location. If the target is marked, the dash will make the marked target explode, deal full damage to the marked target and 65% of damage to all nearby units. Always deal area damage to minions and monsters. E: leblanc flings a chain to a target location. If it hits an enemy target, it will deal initial damage and shackle them. If the target remains shackled for a while, the target takes additional damage and slow them by 60% for 1 second. If the target is marked: the target will be slowed by 40% when the chain hit them and be rooted for 1 second if they are shackled for a while. R: Leblanc casts the empowered version of her last spell, deal 20% more damage and additional effect. Empowered Q: The mark will activate after 0.5 seconds. Empowered W: Deal full damage to the nearest champion hit and 85% of the damage to nearby units. If the target is marked, deal full damage to all units near the marked target. Empowered E: Slow the target by 20% when the chain hits them and slow them by 70% for 1 second if they are still shackled. If the target is marked, the target will slow by 50% for the first hit and be rooted for 1.5 seconds if the chain does not break.
