Surrender Vote Box Too Damn Big

I am so tired of this enormous eyesore popping up in the middle of my HUD.

It covers a large portion of the screen and usually appears in the middle of a fight.

When it happens, I get the same feeling I do when I'm taking a crap and someone starts knocking on my door, expecting me to just rush over and answer it.

Please, please, please! Make the vote box smaller!

And, when and if I do vote, can it freaking disappear?

I don't need to see how many voted yes or no. I need to not be distracted by that crap after I've submitted my vote.
