Lets talk about winning/losing "streaks"

I seem to notice a pattern in solo queue of going on streaks of winning tons of games to losing tons of games. I know some people will say tilt is why, but after every loss I take at least a hour break. Riot you should seriously address this issue. Solo queue teams are becoming very unbalanced. It's very rare to get into a game where it comes down to whoever wins the last team fight at 50 min. Now you have teams that win 40-14. PLEASE look into your matchmaking.
