Riot logic on why we can't mute ping spammer is beyond stupid.

When some one spam ping to annoy another player it get's to the point where I want to AFK. Seriously Riot stupid reason of not letting us mute ping spammer is because it is not good for COMMUNICATION, Fk the communication I feel like AFK on the team rather then sit through a game where a tool spam ping while I'm trying to listen to my other teams who are pining for a good reason.

How is it so hard for Riot to get it into their head that they could even add a ping limiter for a certain person, people can ping spam and get away with it without getting punish, how do I know that? Because there is no report for spam pining. People like Sarut0bi who probably might comment on this saying "THE GAME RECORD EVERYTHING IN SECRET AND THEY LOOK INTO IT even though it doesn't seem like it." his logic is so flawed that it amazes me, the system does not look into pings.
