Vayne build thoughts

Ok, so I'm a new player. I've been playing for maybe 2-3 months, and Vayne is by far my favorite champ. She never gets boring. She's my first and only mastery level champ, and with season 6 I decided to with on a new build since Bork+PD is no longer strong on her. I rush Zeal->Shiv (for aoe crit heals with mastery) then runaans (attack speed and aoe for faster shiv proc) then IE (damage and higher crit for larger possible aoe crit heal). After that the game is usually over because Vayne just demolished in mid-late game. What do you think of the build, and any tips?
