Can we have an awesome halloween event next year?

Maybe a new game mode? Or change the theme of a game mode to halloween ? Maybe a halloween ARAM event ? or boss raid event ? or! how about nemesis quests between factions like the (lissandra vs ashe thing ) and the winner get's like a halloween hat or something to flash the rest of the game.

I'm sure most league players would love it if Riot made a good effort for one, I know it lands on Worlds time but most of the community doesn't watch most of worlds ( maybe a match or two ), if anything an event might be a good break from worlds for the fans.
