Any nerfs for kai'sa any time soon?

How come that riot decided that critical strike adc's were too dominant so their items got more expensive but kai'sa still bursts harder than an assassin and out sustains most duelists building just some ad and ap?

It's pretty sad when i prefer to lane against a heimerdinger using akali than having kai'sa in my games. I know the moment she picks up a few kills it's going to be hell.

I mention akali because precisely in my last game there was a kai'sa in the enemy team, i was nearly full build, could even fight one on one their kayn in darkin form (i was fed) but kai'sa could kill me before i could kill her, even after blowing all my cooldowns in an ambush attack out of a bush.

That simply does not feels right, she's supposed to be an adc, not a kha'zix on steroids.
