Mundo ult
Change it to a regenerating shield based off of hp. Bam he is fixed and not hard-countered by executioner's culling. It's so bad that is ult is moot off an 800g item

yeah. hate being countered by A:an 800 gold item or B:a summoner that is totally free and available at almost any time when I ult. nice idea,as the two also make his passive worthless
I dont think this will help Mundo much tbh. He will still have a trash lategame vs 
and the basic last whisper has been made op. Mundo has was buffed a few patches ago, just like Voli was buffed last patch so he will be ignored for another year. Sigh.
