[Suggestion] Dragon & Baron notifications.

Heya !

Riot released a huge wave of new content on the PBE and one of it were the new Dragons, buffchanges and other stuff in the jungle. So basically I came up with the Idea : How about a notifications that one of the Dragons or Baron spawned?

So how does it work and what are the advantages/disadvantages of this?

• Our calming Announcer Voice could notify the 10 Summoners with a ''The - insert Dragon/Baron here - has spawned in the Rift'' as example. This would clarify the spawn of them a lot and helps people like me who are not paying that much attention to jungletimers and the time.
• Like said above, it's a huge boost to communication between the team and makes it a lot easier for new players to understand the value of dragons.
• But like almost anything this will also have it's disadvantages like being annoying or scaring? a few people off.

I couldn't think of more for now and would like your opinion about this :3
