When i encounter malzahar without cap on his W, i want to die. He can spawn 10 minions in just 2 seconds and i can't do anything because there is no cap. If it would be normal URF, i could be able to counter him but when the system gives you yasuo, go ff15 or swap lanes. Why won't you fuckas give me normal URF?
