Share your thoughts on the future of vlad

So it has been annouced, the second dark lord of the ranged toplaners will feature in the immoblie mage updates. What riots exact plans are for him we wont know until after the major rework of taric. So lets ask some questions and hope to get an answer from fellow forum members.

Should vlad himself move away from being the sustain tank mage or do you think being a ball of health and ap suits him?

Should spell vamp remain items a core item to his kit or should riot try to move him away from his dependency on wota?

Should he have a mana bar? Likely no but hey if some people can have argue for it.

Should he continue to use his own hp as a resource or should he have a new resource to use and or impower his own abilities? Several people have suggested using pools of blood spawned by eother his own use of spells or him damaging an enemy. Perhaps sacrificing low hp minions aswell.

Personally im interested in where riot will take vlad too, as there are several directions in which he could go. So guys what do you think riot should do besides delete him.
