Jungle Camp Spawn Timers

I know hoping for good jungle changes is pretty much a lost cause at this point, but please, If you are going to put all of these changes though can you guys AT LEAST give us 100 second camp respawn timers again? Almost every jungler wants this. The role hasn't been nearly as fun ever since they were changed to 150 seconds. This will also act as a good compensation for early EXP getting nerfed.
