Jinx idea - Give her 2 ults, based on which (Q) weapon she's using

I suppose it's inspired by but I think it would make sense for Super Mega Death Rocket to be Fish Bones' ultimate, while giving her Pow-pow minigun it's own... minigun-like ultimate. 5.0 atk speed from rework maybe along those lines? %HP? Armor Pen? Increased range + piercing?
