Veigar has proven he can still delete everybody when his E has a delay

So now it's been proven burst mages with stuns can burst without the stun or work around a delayed stun can we do the Veigar E treatment to the Annie ult now?

Seriously you talk about Veigar E having no counterplay when Annie has a nearly as long range, nearly as big damaging AOE with a stun if she's got even half a braincell to charge up

or make her stacks decay idunno one or the other
