It's been months and most games are still decided by 10 minutes

How is this in any way healthy?

Either top lane snowballs out of control or, more often, bottom lane becomes a 5-man clusterfuck as soon as solo lanes hit 6, and the winner goes on to win the game with a massive gold advantage.

This is not fun.
