@Meddler, current state of Twitch?

So, pre-season has hit this eetle (or yuge, depending on your perspective) poison rat. What do you guys think of his current state with a nerfed ulti, but a spammable Q (at least in teamfights), with the nerf to true sight, how do you feel he is playing out?

Is he currently on your list of "troublesome, but not worthy of our attention due to low playrate" aka former Swain and Talon territory as he is doing A LOT of damage, and netting a rather high winrate, even with people with little experience.

Is Twitch's niche or a Teamfight ADC, or is he an Assassin ADC? What general direction are you trying to put Twitch in? DO you have any plans for him at this point?
