Should i buy champions that fit my role only?
I main jungle/top so should i buy champions that fit those roles only? or should i buy champs from all roles? to preface i have most of the 450 be champs and a few of 1300.

Autofill happens and from time to time you will have to play different role and then you will need other champions
At least one (2 if you've been playing for a while) for all roles for sure. You never know when you might be forced to play an off-role.
Buy at least enough to have a decent champion pool in each role, then buy what fits your role.
You have to make sure that if you get auto-filled, you'll have about 5/6 champs in that role that you're familiar with just in case on or some of them get banned.
In my case, anything beyond that isn't useful. After you have a big enough champion pool, you can start buying jungle/top champs only without worrying.
Edit: Maybe not 5/6 champs if you don't play that much but atleast have 2 in each role. (although having 5/6 champs allows for more choices and counters)
I agree with the other posts. One in each role. My (personal) recommendation is Leona support. The rest is preference since I'd prob be picking fotms or my favourites as suggestions.
