AFK's big problem affecting my MMR

I dont know if anyone is having these issues as i am, but i keep getting afk's at least 3 out of 5 games, i can handle the trolls and a feeding lane as i usually try to do so, but why is this game becoming so much based on luck and team reliant, make it again so people can carry games between 2 people, im sick and tired of games depending on luck, such as is your mid laner gonna go afk, is your top laner going to go 0/7/0 before the 15 minute mark, is your support going to choose teemo, akali or some troll thing.

Not only that but i have to wait forever to get into a game now.
