Idea to make predator less of a meme rune

What if the damage dealt was true damage instead, but you remove the slow on it Don't touch the scalings or base damage or anything on it just change the damage type to true damage so it actually does noticable damgae.

I'd imagine since it's in the assassin tree the entire point of it was to run in and burst someone down like an assassin should, due to it fading off on hit, it doesn't offer a way out so it's not that big of a change and only really helps it become an option on assassins rather than memeing with rammus or hecarim.

Currently it's the most useless rune in the game and offers nothing more than laughs. If it proves too strong then just change the scalings to a flat true damage that scales as the game does
