A possible solution to the quee problem?

So, reading the patch noted I found out that right now there's plans on the table to remove normal draft from the game.

I understand the need to have few quees in the game, and I know removing blind pick is not an option because of new players joining the game.

So rather then begging you not to remove normal draft (which i'm very fond of) I'd like to ask if you could at the very least assign people a role as they join the lobby, or even be given the option to pick your prefered roles and have a position assigned to you in the same manner as the current nornal draft.

My biggest issue with normal draft is the instalocks, and flame before the game even starts.

I'm okay with not having bans, but i'll give a small example as to why I think roles should be assigned before you join the game if you are not playing as a 5 man team.

I'm possibly one of the worst Lee-Sin players in euw, but I do want to learn him, and I occasionaly play a normal draft, as Lee-Sin, to become a better player. Usualy, I get juked by the rift scuttler and feed the enemy team, which is not great, but hey, at least i'm not doing it in a ranked game!

Removing normal draft, without adding role picking to blind pick will force me in this position. With only 2 choices.

1: play blind pick and hope that i'm able to call jungle before somebody else does, AND before somebody instalocks as a jungler and we suddenly have 2 junglers while being on the biggest flametrain ever.

OR

2: Get juked by the rift scuttler and massivly feed the enemy team with a golden spoon IN RANKED.

None of the above are appealing choices, so please, IF you do remove draft pick, at the very least allow me to declare that I want to play as the jungler, before I join that toxic chat named: the blind pick lobby.
