PSA to lower ranks: Want to win? Pick to win

I don't mean pick juggernauts (actually kinda do that) but sometimes if you want to win, pick champions that would help your team.

I'm Silver 4 clawing to make gold and one thing that drives me mental is people not helping the team with their champion selections. I know I may sound like a QQing b**** but having a balance of everything is good for the sake of team fights. Having a team of 5 squishies is not as good as a team of 4 squishies and one tank to initiate and cc for the team, and a team that has 2 tanks 3 squishies is even better for that CC to burst.

It doesn't matter if you're a nutty Yasuo or Teemo, if your team needs a tank, pick one you're good with and you'll have a better chance winning.
