Lethality is busted in this current patch.

Legit, it's more busted than the time dusk needed to be hotfixed, hell, its doing more dmg than it did before the hotfix. The stat is over the top busted, more snowbally and dictates the game, and I believe none of us even asked for Riven's to be 1 shotting people without popping R. Please hotfix this stat, its no fun playing this game if this stat is going to dictate everything in this current patch, because im sure as hell seeing 50% more lethality champ picks compared to last season, and 75% more edge of night pickups, when no one would even touch the thing last season. Im pretty sure people are gonna agree with what im saying here, its a trend with this stat, busted, gets nerfed, rarely picked, changed, busted, nerfed, nonexistant, now we are at the change, and its overly busted as hell, might as well repeat the cycle and nerf it riot. Or, change how it works. Or just put back flat armor pen. Either way, something needs to be addressed about these AD burst carries abusing this stat. Remember when armor boots would save you from this shit? Not anymore with this patch, 30 armor is like a piece of cloth but poorly constructed in the face of this stat, more importantly, Riven. You could build a GA, and Armor boots, and you still will die to her in the same time if you had no armor at all. All im asking is one of these options: Nerf the stat Rework the stat Nerf AD Burst users (I've played Blue Kayn, anyone with one armor item just dies to a W and one auto.)

Sure, people might consider me butthurt or insane, go ahead, im sticking with my point, and you just have to accept it as such.

EDIT- The stat is busted due to the "adaptive" damage thing with the new runes, considering the "assassin" tree has a ton of things for burst. (Ex. The Sudden Burst rune, grants 10 lethality for a dash, blink, teleport, etc. It has a 4 second cooldown. Does the balance team not realize how much a phys ability can do (Riven for example, since her Q's count has a dash since she is technically moving like a dash with the ability) at level 1 considering most base armor stats are 30?) I mean like, adaptive damage is a cool concept (since Camille was the first instance of adaptive related concepts via her passive) But, this is out of hand, and I hope the balance team has something figured out, because no one wants this to continue like it is right now. (And before you call me out for being a typical Yas main who hates Riven, lets get something straight: I haven't played a shit ton Yas in ranked last season after the midseason patch (I was in Gold (for some odd reason of placement) at the time, so obviously i'd breeze through with him. I find Yas underwhelming at the current moment (Sure, people can argue that he can be op, long as their isn't idk, a stun, snare, or anything hard cc in his way (Q gets canceled by these by the way.)) And I found it to be very obnoxious that she gets the least amount of attention considering how loaded her kit is compared to yas (Yas shield is like a pebble, compared to the 500+ hp AD scaling shield she has, that also is a dash, which procs this Sudden Burst rune.) Yas has a windwall, that also has a set placement when you use it, and a long downtime (for counterplay reasons.) What does riven have? Another hard cc ability other than her Q (which also has a high bonus AD stat to just add insult to injury with this preseason.) The base dmg is fine, (Maybe tone the execute down, a simple -25 dmg to base wouldn't hurt, considering the execute's ratio is godlike) but it might be wise to nerf the bonus ad ratios by 5 to 10 percent if you dont touch this burst tree or lethality. Thats my opinion, however.
