As much as I would love for this to be some praising glory of riots redemption to fixing everything, it's not. Riot has finally just come out and proved they hate 
. by removing mana pots which relied on heavily, and not raising his mana regen, has finally died (ironic ain't it?) it was already a nightmare playing him, with zero magic resist per level, but now it's nigh impossible.

I always build 
first, and have been using utility masteries on him pretty much all of season 5 for mana regen.
I only really play him top, but I can take most champs with him, and first blood isnt uncommon for me either.
I usualy started with 
Now Il just have to get the longsword, and save my gold for a very early back for the tear, and continue to depend on mana masteries.
Urgot may be fine with a small buff to his max mana, or a small buff to his regen. He certainly needs a bit more mana to do anything as an AD caster.
